A NEW bus shelter has been erected in Renfrew following complaints about schoolkids being left out in the cold.
Councillor John Shaw, who represents Renfrew North and Braehead, requested the shelter in Kings Inch Road after being contacted by a parent of a primary one pupil.
He said: “I was happy to get on the case and delighted to see that a shiny new shelter was erected last week.
“It will hopefully keep the wee ones a bit drier in the morning.”
