Rochester Area Vocalist and Singer-Songwriter Showcase, March 19

Local artists and vocalists perform at Rochester Tap Room on March 19. The day of local talent begins at 4pm with twenty vocalists and singer-songwriter students from the Kincer Vocal Coaching and Artist
Development studio.

The community is invited to hear these students perform both covers and original songs. Kincer's students are regularly seen performing at Detroit area events.

"It's a great honor to showcase talent from several surrounding communities at this beautiful venue," said Jennifer Kincer, owner Kincer Catallow Private Voice Studio, LLC.

Following the student showcase, the community is invited to an Open Mic Night hosted by Kent Koller, a Rochester vocalist himself, at 8pm. Those interested in signing up to perform, can sign up that night with Koller at Rochester Tap Room beginning at 7:30pm.

"We have so much incredible talent right in the Rochester area," said Missy Markevics, owner of Rochester Tap Room. "We are excited to have so many talented artists performing here on March 19 and hope the community comes out to support them."

Rochester Tap Room's local showcase will continue with a Spring Block Party on March 23 featuring
Rochester Hills First Lady, Corrin Barnett and her Corrin Barnett Band.
