Distinguished Concerts Singers International's record number of choirs and individual singers from all over the globe will perform with Sharon. Total Vocal will take place Sunday, March 24, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage, Carnegie Hall. For tickets and information, visit DCINY. Tickets start at $20.

DCappella is Disney Music Group's new a cappella singing group. Sharon, a pioneer of the contemporary a cappella genre, will present his own arrangements created for DCapella. The group came together as a result of a nationwide search for the best vocal performing talent in a cappella. Sharon is the group's co-creator, music director, arranger, and album producer.

Vintage Mix is an a cappella group of 18-year-old quadruplets based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since their official debut in 2014, they have become recognized worldwide for singing tight harmonies and performing styles such as standards, jazz, and barbershop. In addition to their shows and past tours, they have made special appearances across the nation to include: the A Cappella Music Awards, Lambeau Field, the USS Milwaukee, WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour, Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas, the Grand Ole Opry, Fox & Friends out of New York, and CBS Sunday Morning. Their most recent achievement took place in Munich, Germany at the World Mixed Quartet competition where they were both honored and thrilled to become the 2018/2019 World Mixed Silver Medal Quartet Champions.

Born in San Francisco, California, Deke Sharon has been performing professionally since the age of 8 and as a child toured North America and shared the stage in operas with the likes of Pavarotti. Heralded as "The Father of Contemporary A Cappella," he is responsible for the current sound of modern a cappella, having created the dense vocal-instrumental sound in college, subsequently spreading it around the world. Sharon produces The Sing-Off worldwide (USA, Netherlands, China, and South Africa). In addition, he served as arranger, on-site music director, and vocal producer for Universal's Pitch Perfect, Pitch Perfect 2, and Pitch Perfect 3 starring Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson.

He founded the Contemporary A Cappella Society while in college and is responsible for many seminal a cappella programs. His latest project for Disney - DCappella - launched in spring 2018. He has arranged over 2,000 songs, with many of them in print worldwide with Hal Leonard/Contemporary A Cappella Publishing. He has written 5 books: "A Cappella Arranging" (2012), "A Cappella" (2015), "The Heart of Vocal Harmony" (2016), "A Cappella Warm-ups for Pop and Jazz Choir" (2017), and "So You Want To Sing A Cappella" (2017). He is also the vocal orchestrator for the Broadway's first a cappella musical, "In Transit" (2016).

As the founder, director, and arranger for almost 25 years for the House Jacks, the original "Rock Band Without Instruments," he shared the stage with countless music legends, including Ray Charles, James Brown, Crosby Stills and Nash, Run DMC, The Temptations, LL Cool J, and The Four Tops, and performed for luminaries including President Bill Clinton. The House Jacks have eight albums and dozens of international tours to their names, including multiple appearances at Carnegie Hall, and performed the Monday Night Football Theme with Hank Williams Jr. in 2011.

Sharon has produced dozens of award-winning a cappella albums, created a cappella groups for Disneyland and Disneyworld, and frequently tours the world teaching a variety of topics to students and professional singers. He received CASA's lifetime achievement award in 2016 and the PT Barnum Award for Excellence from Tufts University in 2017.
