With the main event for the UFC’s long-awaited Madison Square Garden debut finally set, the promotion held a star-studded press conference today in New York.
News of featherweight champ Conor McGregor (20-3 MMA, 8-1 UFC) challenging lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez (28-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) broke overnight. The stars of the event, along with UFC President Dana White, took part in the press conference at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.
UFC 205 takes place Nov. 12 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
