The family fun event is scheduled for Oct. 27

GREENWICH, CT - From Greenwich Botanical Center: On Saturday, October 27th, Greenwich Botanical Center (GBC), located at 130 Bible Street, will welcome families to join for a “ghoulishly delightful” day of fun celebrating the fall harvest season with an event titled "Ghouls in the Garden” running from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The event, Co-chaired by Neisha Hosein and Bharti Chojar, is sponsored by Neisha Lex Realty Group.

“Ghouls in the Garden brings back our very popular traditional activity of decorating pumpkins with natural and organic materials in our Pumpkin Contest,” said Meg McAuley Kaicher, President of the Board at Greenwich Botanical Center. “Our family day focuses on multi-generational attractions that have grandparents, parents and children enjoy the outdoors together with seasonal stories and activities; children are welcome to come in costume. Refreshments, face-painting, crafts, and haunted garden entertainment all are included in the family ticket price!”

Ghouls in the Garden takes place among the colorful foliage, tall pines and natural splendor of the Montgomery Pinetum where children will have the opportunity to decorate pumpkins with a variety of natural materials selected by the knowledgeable staff of the GBC. Event Co-chair Hosein said she is “very excited to produce events with Greenwich Botanical Center that bring families together, not only to discover the beauty and possibilities of the GBC but to reinforce our commitment to serving our community.”
