Headed to the fair today? Here are a few things to do.

The B-52’s With the Pacific Symphony

Known as “the world’s greatest party band,” The B-52’s will be joined by the Pacific Symphony, performing hits such as “Rock Lobster,” “Love Shack” and “Summer of Love.” Show begins at 8:15 p.m.

A Salute to The Eagles

Watch a performance by Hotel California as the group pays tribute to the music of the Eagles and the late Glenn Frey.

OC Local Honey

Learn what makes honey taste the way it does. Sample a variety of honey flavors and discover your favorite. Exhibit opens at noon.

The St. Patisserie Chocolat Pastry School Culinary Demo

Join a pastry chef from the St.  Patisserie Chocolat Pastry School and learn how make an assortment of gourmet desserts. Demonstration begins at Noon.

Peking Acrobats

Watch in amazement as the Peking Acrobats push the boundaries of the human body as they tumble and balance on stage. Showtimes at 5:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 10:15 p.m.
