Six arrested in prostitution sting in Rapid City

Six men were arrested or cited in Rapid City this week for trying to buy sex.

The Rapid City Police Department investigated online sex ads and held an undercover prostitution sting at a Rapid City hotel. Those who responded to the advertisements soliciting sex were arrested or cited Thursday.

James Killinger, 40, Kenneth Oliver, 59, Clyde Millslagle, 69, all of Rapid City, were cited for hiring sexual activity.

Terry Wlodarcyzk, 53, of Rapid City, was arrested for hiring sexual activity and for possession of a controlled substance.

Brett Nelson, 52, of Wapanucka, Oklahoma, was arrested for hiring sexual activity and a warrant out of Pennington County.

Timothy Fleury, 30, of Ft. Thompson, was arrested for hiring sexual activity.
