Netflix's hit original animated series Big Mouth is returning for its fourth season in December, and Maury the Hormone Monster is here to help audiences de-stress during the holiday season.

In a new promo, the show's main characters are shown stricken with crippling stress and anxiety before Maury appears to fart a cloud of confetti and butterflies. The beast presents viewers with a multi-step approach to achieving enlightenment through guided meditation, with his usual wry delivery.

Starting with mindful breathing, Maury and the characters inhale and exhale in a display of unsettling facial nirvana. Maury leads the viewers through a body scan, maybe enjoying the process a bit too much as he probes for parts to put him in tune with himself. Maury closes out his tutorial by encouraging viewers to focus their energy all on one final, full release.

The Emmy Award-winning series returns to explore teenage puberty and raging hormones with plenty of adult-oriented humor. Receiving a six-season commitment by Netflix, the streaming service also ordered a spinoff series at the start of 2020, which will follow the monsters that appear throughout the animated series.

Big Mouth stars Nick Kroll, John Mulaney, Jessi Klein, Jason Mantzoukas, Jenny Slate and Fred Armisen, with Maya Rudolph and Jordan Peele. Seasons 1-3 are currently streaming on Netflix. Season 4 premieres Dec. 4.
