PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A person was pinned by a vehicle Wednesday night after it flipped several times in the area of George Washington Highway and Frederick Blvd.
The 911 call for the accident came in 8:42 p.m., according to Portsmouth dispatchers. Dispatchers say the vehicle struck a power pole, but no outages were to Dominion Energy.
