Rockingham Sheriffs Make Non-Appearance Arrests

BRENTWOOD, NH — Justin M. Dunkavich, 29, of East Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest.

Erica E. Lake, 29, of Silvestre Circle in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of controlled premises; drug kept.

Shannon M. Lawson, 34, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 30, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea-sentence of an original charge of cocaine possession, on judge’s order to arrest for operating after suspension, and on judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer.

Gerald R. Sweeney, 37, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, was arrested at Jan. 29, 2018, on two counts of contempt capias-marital non-support.

Veronica S. Schmidt, 28, of Merchant Street in Barre, VT, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of methadone.

Timothy A. Richards, 49, of Pinyon Place in Londonderry, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of habitual offender.

Jillian R. Marques, 37, of Smith Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp. hearing on an original charge of theft, on judge’s order to arrest for possession of cocaine, and on judge’s order to arrest receiving stolen property.

Charles C. Libby III, 40, of Blaisdell Corner Road in Lebanon, ME, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2018, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the prob. hearing on an original charge of shoplifting.

Kristin T. Chase, 34, of Walnut Avenue in North Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 22, 218, on judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.
