RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – For this week’s Get Fit RVA, Good Morning Richmond anchor Whitney Harris went back to Fighting Gravity Fitness to work out with circus rings.

Whitney says it takes a lot of upper body strength to pull yourself into one, let alone do tricks.
