No matter how hard Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard try to impress their fans with their good deeds from around the world, their critics can't help but slam them for the things that they do. Apparently, the reality television stars are now being heavily criticized for being unqualified to teach locals English in their community in Guatemala. The couple has been spending some time in the Central America country as part of their missionary work.

Jill shared an update on the couple's life on both their official web site and their Instagram account. She shared a pic of two young boys and captioned it with, "Visit www.dillardfamily.com to find out how you can send these sweet boys to language school and help them have a better future!"

They also added, "We want to ask if anyone would be willing to sponsor these boys so they may learn English and improve their future. Any contribution will have a great impact in their lives. We ask when you give on our website, that you note it in the comments section."

Unfortunately, this isn't sitting too well with the couple's followers as Duggar doesn't specify where the money is going or if they are going to be teaching the boys English themselves.

Some comments include, "It takes a lot more than knowing English to teach it. It's important to have a teacher trained in language instruction to teach grammar, pronunciation, develop a wide vocabulary, etc," along with, "And the DFM website refers to these 2 kids as their Spanish teacher's children. So why isn't mom teaching her own kids English? #scammers"

Another critic wrote, "So that obviously doesn't include a single Duggar considering they have their older, barely educated children teaching the younger children all sorts of instruction incorrectly. Yes, I wouldn't want to be taught by someone who overuses "totally" and "like" and interchanges "when" and "whenever" either. That's a very intelligent point to make."

So far neither Duggar nor Dillard have made any comments about the criticism. The couple is also living in Guatemala with their 8-month-old son, Israel David.
