We don’t know about you, but we’re still reeling from the season six summer finale of 'Pretty Little Liars' earlier this month.

But fear not PLL obsessives, because Troian Bellisario aka Spencer Hastings has shared a behind the scenes selfie which should just about whet your appetite during this painfully long wait for the season six winter premiere to kick-off.

And it’s actually given us life for three very important reasons.

1. Melissa is BACK

Watch out people of Rosewood, the barn-stealing, Englishman loving, mask-smashing, body-burying badass Hastings sister has returned! Last seen (reluctantly) waving Spencer off from her swanky London pad at the end of season five, it would seem that future Melissa has grown tired of wet weather, pub grub, and patiently queueing in favour of mystery, murder and acting shifty as hell. We’ve got our eye on you, Mel.

2. The Mums got out of the basement!

In what was probably the biggest cliff hanger moment of the entire series six summer finale (well, kinda), all four of the Liars’ mums’ fate were left hanging in the balance after they were locked in the DiLaurentis basement. But it would seem that they all got out unscathed, if a little more sober than when they went in. Our hopes for mum spin off 'Stylish Tipsy Yarn Spinners' is still very much alive.

3. The Hastings women give us serious squad goals

Seriously though, how on fleek are the Hastings ladies? Spencer’s new fringe is somehow even more on point, Melissa is continues to werk it flawlessly, and as for Veronica, despite the five-year time jump, the woman seems to be ageing backwards.
