Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is currently filming in New York and we now have our very first look at Tyler Perry as Baxter Stockman, thanks to a leaked video from the set. In the video, we can see the bow tie wearing baddie chatting it up with Megan Fox’s April O’Neil. The video comes out right around the same time that we learn the identity of the man behind Bebop. The mutant Warthog will be played by Whose Line is it Anyway star and Boondocks Uncle Rucus, & Doc McStuffins, Mr. McStuffins voice actor Gary Anthony Williams.

In the 1987 animated series, Stockman was a portrayed as a caucasian, but is African American in every other version, including the original comic series where he made his first appearance.
Baxter Stockman is often changes from a mad scientist, into a cyborg or a mutant fly.
