A crazy fan has been stalking R&B singer Usher Raymond since 2012 and the singer has now been forced to file his third restraining order.

Usher is not only afraid of his own safety from the woman, but also for the safety of his children, Electronic Urban Report states.

The singer returned to Fulton County Superior Court on May 15 to seek the restraining order against 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, who Usher does not want anywhere near him or his family.

WPXI has reported that the Grammy Award winner does not want her contacting him or being within 200 yards of him, his family or his business associates.

The petition states that Usher is "concerned that criminal trespass and even more harmful events may occur in the future." He also wants the court to order psychiatric or psychological help for the fan.

The Georgia judge gave Usher a temporary order against Jones-Rakestraw and they will later go to court to see if the order can be made permanent.

This is the third time Usher has had to take matters into his own hands when it comes to Jones-Rakestraw's actions.

Back in 2012, he believed his life was in jeopardy because of the stalker. She was completely delusional and convinced herself that she was married to Usher.

Jones-Rakestraw showed up to Usher's mansion multiple times, pounding on the door and trying to get in, TMZ reported at the time.

Police were called and when Jones-Rakesrtaw was asked to stay away, she continued to come back, claiming she lost "her set of keys." Police then arrested her and took her into custody.

This restraining order expired about two years ago, but the obsessive fan is back and at it again and the singer knows this needs to be done so he can protect his family.
