Meghan and Pippa are known for wearing their glossy brunette locks long in a slightly tousled with soft waves.

Their glowing skin can be explained by both women’s dedication to fitness - Meghan is said to be a fan of yoga while Pippa enjoys running.

In the style stakes, the similarities continue with both women being fans of classic UK brands such as Hobbs, Barbour, Mulberry and Stuart Weitzman shoes.

Meghan has also been accused of aping Pippa Middleton’s style.

Christine Ross, the fashion blogger behind US website Meghan’s Mirror, told Express.co.uk there are “definitely some similarities”.

“When you put two pictures side-by-side, there is definitely a remarkable similarity - however, both women are so uniquely themselves.”

The LA-born actress’s Christmas Day coat was also eye-wateringly expensive, and cost almost £1000.

The coat from Canadian company Sentaler retails at £986. The Long Wide Collar Warp Coat is described by the brand as a “long wrap coat in luxurious baby alpaca.”

Kate Middleton has also worn a coat from the brand, in September 2016.

Both coats sold out shortly after the women associated with the royal family wore them.

Kate’s coat is also made from alpaca and wool, and costs slightly less than Meghan’s at £758.

Meghan Markle has shown her admiration for Kate Middleton’s style before, wearing a coat from the same designer as the Duchess of Cambridge.

Meghan wore the coat for her first outing with the Queen on Christmas Day.

The Suits actress wore an outfit that cost over £10,000 on the day, with a hat by Philip Treacy and boots by Stuart Weitzman. She also added the £1,055 Chloe Pixie bag in leather a suede.

Meghan Markle wore an M&S jumper for her Brixton visit on Tuesday last week.

The 36-year-old LA-born actress wore the cover-up from the UK high street giant, and the piece quickly sold out.

The modestly priced £45 jumper is now back in stock, and will no doubt continue to be popular.

Meghan wore a grey coat and a scarf in the same hue over chic wide-leg trousers.
