RSVP for Sourdough Bread Making
press release: Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. It contains higher levels of folate and antioxidants than other breads. Learn how to make a sourdough starter from scratch, and then go through the different bread making stages. We will bake a loaf of bread for sampling, and you will take home a starter and recipes.
