Lion dies due to old age

A lion died at the Animal Rescue Centre (ARC) located near the Indira Gandhi Zoological Park here on Saturday. ‘Kunal,’ the male lion, aged around 30 years, was brought from Ajanta Circus. It outlived its age and completed its fullest lifespan, and died due to old age, a statement issued by the zoo curator said.
