Jennifer Aniston may have long since moved on from ex Brad Pitt, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t feel even a little bit “satisfied” after hearing the news that he’s divorcing Angelina Jolie.

The 47-year-old “Friends” star, who was previously married to Pitt, has reportedly always felt like the couple’s relationship would not last long and that their divorce wasn’t a surprise, a source told Us Weekly. Aniston apparently said, “Yeah, that’s karma for you!” while talking about Pitt and Jolie’s split with a longtime pal, the insider added.

“She always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually,” the source told the publication. “She didn’t feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him. He’s a pretty simple guy.” The insider added that despite thinking they were somewhat incompatible, Aniston did believe that Pitt truly loved Jolie while they were together.

Another source told Us Weekly that though she “admittedly feels sort of satisfied” about Pitt and Jolie’s split, Aniston also “never wanted this for them or wished this on them.”

According to the second insider, Aniston doesn’t hold any ill will towards Pitt and only wants him to be happy, saying, “Jen does wish Brad luck and the best. She feels like she’s happy, and she wants him to be happy too. Jen does not hold on to any negativity from her marriage to Brad.”

Aniston is definitely enjoying life these days. She married “The Leftovers” star Justin Theroux in August last year, over a decade after she and Pitt divorced in January 2005. She and the “World War Z” tied the knot in Malibu in 2000 after dating for two years, Daily Mail noted.

Meanwhile, Jolie filed for divorce from her “By the Sea” co-star on Monday, Sept. 19 after two years of marriage. Jolie cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. The couple had been together for nearly a decade before tying the knot in August 2014.

There have been many rumors about the real reason why the longtime couple broke up, but sources claimed that Jolie and Pitt have been plagued with relationship troubles for years now and constantly fought over how to raise their kids. "They fought a lot over the years and disagreed about many things,” a source told Us Weekly.
