MONDAY

‘Backpack Full of Cash’ documentary

6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, Washington High School Auditorium, 6000 College Parkway. The League of Women Voters of the Pensacola Bay Area will show "Backpack Full of Cash," a 96-minute documentary on education. WSRE’s StudioAmped

7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Sept. 24-27, WSRE Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio, Pensacola State College, 1000 College Blvd. Production of the 11th season of WSRE’s “StudioAmped” TV series. Music Hall Artist Series presents trumpeter Kevin Hartman

7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, Center for Fine and Performing Arts, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Building 82. The University of West Florida Department of Music presents trumpet player Kevin Hartman as part of the Music Hall Artist Series. Hartman is a professor of music at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. $18 for adults, $14 seniors and military, $12 for UWF faculty and staff and non-UWF students, $7 for high school students. Pensacola Senior Games

Through Sept. 28, various locations throughout Pensacola. The city of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department and Humana present the Pensacola Senior Games. Seniors 50 and older participate in a series of 21 events including bocce, horse shoes, bowling, darts, track and field, tennis and swimming. Sanctioned by the Florida Sports Foundation and a qualifier for the 2018 Florida Senior Games this December in Clearwater. Closing ceremony from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at Sanders Beach-Corinne Jones Resource Center. $10 for first event, includes registration, T-shirt, admission to closing ceremony; $1 each additional event, additional fees for golf, bowling and cycling.
