ABC's Rob Marciano on Eastern Iowa flooding

Eight years ago, the devastation of the 2008 flood caught the attention of people around the country. While the damage won't be as bad and the water isn't as high, eyes are once again on Eastern Iowa for flooding.

ABC's meteorologist Rob Marciano spoke with KCRG TV9 First News on why the historic flood of 2008 was on his mind as he traveled to Eastern Iowa during the flood of 2016.
