ANN ARBOR - It's a bye week for Michigan but coach Jim Harbaugh keeps picking up new responsibilities.

One day after announcing a homecoming queen, Harbaugh worked the down markers at a high school game in California.

Harbaugh, shown in a video by the San Jose Mercury News, was at a high school game on Saturday between El Cerrito and St. Mary's and filled in on the sideline. El Cerrito is the home of 2017 four-star offensive tackle Aaron Banks.

It was the latest recruiting stop for Harbaugh as No. 4 Michigan (6-0, 3-0 Big Ten) is on a bye week. He was in Las Vegas on Wednesday to see 2018 four-star quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, in Los Angeles on Thursday to see 2018 five-star wide receiver Jalen Hall and at Antioch High School in California on Friday to see five-star running back and Alabama commit Najee Harris, while also announcing the homecoming queen.
