TEXARKANA, Texas - Authorities have recovered the body of a 23-year-old man from the Sulphur River south of the Lake Wright Patman spillway.
Armando Valdez had been missing since Sunday evening when a car crashed through a barrier and landed in the southern outlet leading to the river.
A woman was rescued from the car.
Other details about the recovery were not immediately available.
