What/Where: An oceanfront beach house in Westhampton with both ocean and bay views.
Size: 3,800 square feet, 0.26 acres

This week’s PriceSpotter is a beautiful beach house right on the ocean in Westhampton, built in 2009. The four-bedroom, four-bath house has a wide open floorplan, double-height ceilings in the living room, skylights, high-end appliances in the kitchen, and a modern design.

With ocean and bay views found throughout the home, new owners will enjoy watching the waves from the master bathroom soaking tub. An elevator services the first and second floors, but not the third floor loft.

Outside, a balcony provides lounging and dining space, and a pool.

The home seems to have the basics of a luxury Hamptons home from ocean frontage to hardwood floors—but here’s the thing: The property is just a quarter acre in size. Keeping that in mind, what do you think the house is listed for?

It last sold in 2009 for $3 million, so that’s where we’re going to start the guessing.
