Fellows, according to post online, was arrested in 2013, on criminal threatening, assault, and mischief charges after he reportedly pushed a family member into a cabinet and allegedly threatened to kill a family member and her baby, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader. Previously, he has been convicted of assault by a prisoner, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and burglary, the report noted.

Earlier this year, according to Raymond Police, he was arrested on a bench warrant out of Hillsborough County after a motor vehicle stop.
