by Labor Video Project

Anti-nuclear activists marched through the downtown area in Kyoto, Japan on April 24, 2016 demanding that the Kyushu Sendai nuclear plant be closed. One sign said you can't stop earthquakes but you can shut nuclear plants. The Kyushu nuclear plants are directly linked to the faults yet the Abe government refuses to close them. They have also pressured the media including NHK not to report about the danger of another meltdown after Fukushima.
