The most heartwarming story this week comes from Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo. Tuesday night he promised 22-year-old cancer patient Mike Kasallis that he would hit a home run for him during the Cubs games against the Padres, which also happened to be Kasallis’ birthday. Well, Rizzo hit two.

Afterwards, Rizzo gave Kasallis a special salute at home plate.
