"Hulkamania" may run wild all over WrestleMania 31 as WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is reportedly hoping to take on John Cena or "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in a match at the WWE's marquee event in March.

Hogan has made it well-known in the media as of late that he wants to wrestle one final match at WrestleMania this year after celebrating his 61st birthday on Aug. 11. WrestleMania 31 emanates from the brand new Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. on March 29, 2015.
The Wrestling Observer reports that there is nothing official on the WWE's part in the works for Hogan to wrestle a match at the biggest show of 2015 and it appears as though Hogan is pitching the angle himself and possibly "going into business for himself."

According to Dave Meltzer, Hogan is looking to take on Cena or Austin at WrestleMania 31 in an Icon vs. Icon match akin to the one he had with The Rock at WrestleMania X-8 in Toronto in 2002.
Cena has drawn many parallels to Hogan as he is the top babyface and top merchandise mover in the company, much like Hogan was when he was putting the WWE on the map in the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s.
As for Austin, he hasn't wrestled a match since 2003 when he lost to The Rock at WrestleMania XIX in 2003 due to a debilitating neck injury causing him to retire. Austin has remained adamant that he doesn't want to return to the ring to have one last match due to all of the work it would take just for a one-off appearance in the ring, so it's unlikely that Austin vs. Hogan will happen.
Hogan vs. Cena remains a possibility, but Hogan was also looking to wrestle at WrestleMania XXX this past April 6 in New Orleans and it didn't happen. The WWE wasn't too keen on the idea and there was a lot of doubt that Hogan would pass the necessary physical to compete in the ring given his age and condition.
Still, Hogan is pushing for one last match and has expressed in the past that he wants to work with Cena, who the "Hulkster" has praised a lot over the last few months since re-joining the WWE family.
Hogan helped put WrestleMania and wrestling in general on the map at the inaugural event in 1985 teaming up with Mr. T to battle "Hot Rod" Rowdy Roddy Piper and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff in the main event.
Hogan last competed in a match at the biggest show of the year at WrestleMania XIX when he battled WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon in a Street Fight.
Hogan has made sporadic appearances at WrestleMania over the years in a non-wrestling capacity, including at this year's event when he appeared alongside Austin and The Rock in the opening segment infamously calling the Superdome the Silverdome, which was the site of WrestleMania III (1987).
Whether or not Hogan flexes the 24-inch pythons in a match at WrestleMania 31 remains to be seen, but it is likely that the red and yellow will be represented in some capacity at Levi's Stadium next spring.
