Unwind With These Seriously Relaxing Deep Sleep Meditation Videos on YouTube

Lying in bed, heart racing, my thoughts are crowded with things I didn't get done that day. I forgot to switch the laundry, again, I never responded to that email, and did I lock the front door? Sometimes, my anxiety is so bad that I have trouble falling asleep for hours. Other times, I wake up in the middle of the night and have to read or watch TV to help me drift off again. All this fragmented rest catches up to me, making me feel irritable, cranky, and downright moody. One thing that does help though, is watching a deep sleep meditation video on YouTube. Deep sleep meditation helps you to let go of your stress and relax your mind before bed. Take a few minutes at the end of the night to go through one of these video sequences, or press play next time you wake up with insomnia. They are calming, easy, and relaxing, and should help you fall into a deeper sleep.
