Bill, 38, is teaching the alphabet to their son Will, whom they also adopted and brought home from China in March.

'Hey guys,' Jen tells them while holding her iPad. 'Guess who I got an email from? I got an email from... our adoption agency who holds Zoey's case. We're official!

'It will now essentially move us through the process of adopting her. The Indian courts have approved us.'

Bill seems a bit stunned, saying: 'They've must have gone through it and fast-tracked the process and whammo.'

When Bill asks what they need to do to preparare, Jen answers that they need their 'paperwork, passports and go. You ready to go?

'We are thrilled to pieces that this is actually finally happening,' adds Jen, an MD who specialises in pediatrics and neonatology.

Jen then shares a picture of Zoey, commenting: 'When I look at Zoey I think she's absolutely adorable. She's standing well.'

Zoey also has dwarfism like her soon-to-be brother Will.

Will, meanwhile, doesn't seem too enthused about the new sibling, but that's to be expected.

'Just like any family, having a second child is going to change things,' Jen says.

The Little Couple debuted in 2009 on TLC and follows the lives of the real-life married pair, who both have dwarfism.

Jen stands at 3ft 2in and Bill is four feet tall.
