Hugh Jackman has been known for following some pretty serious diet and workout plans (400-pound deadlifts, anyone?), but even a shredded superhero has to indulge now and then.

In an Instagram photo posted Tuesday, Jackman can be seen tucking into a delicious-looking pizza in Paris. "Bonjour, Paris! #WhatDetox?" he wrote alongside it.

This wasn’t the first time Jackman broke his 2018 healthy eating plan. Just after last week’s Golden Globes, the X-Men star shared a snap showing off the big burrito he was indulging in. “Morning after .... the Globes. #DetoxFail," he wrote. (Jackman isn't the only one enjoying a cheat meal or two. Just take a look at what Chris Pratt, Zac Efron and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson like to indulge in on their days off.)

But don't let his friendly-looking Instagram photos of yummy pizza fool you: He really is one hardcore dude. To get in shape for past action roles, Jackman has adopted a diet regime known as the 16:8 plan.

"Every day, what I do is I eat for eight hours, and I fast for 16," he explained in a 2013 interview with Australia's 60 Minutes. "So from about 10 in the morning to about 6, for this, I eat way too much, and then nothing after that."

Pizza and burrito aside, Jackman has been doing at least some healthy eating in the New Year. In a Jan. 2 Instagram post, he proudly showed off a green juice with sliced cucumbers on top. Hey, it's all about balance.
