NH State Police said Cody Emery was arrested after driving "aggressively and erratically" then flashing gun in Exeter.

EXETER, NH -- A 23-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested Friday after police said he flashed a gun at another motorist during a road rage incident on Route 101. Cody Emery (pictured), of Auburn, was charged with reckless conduct a felony. Police said the victim called 911 at about 8:45 a.m. after encountering Emery while driving on Route 101.

"The caller indicated ... (Emery's) vehicle was being driven aggressively and erratically east on Route 101, and as this suspect vehicle passed by the complainant, the suspect in this incident allegedly brandished a pistol toward the caller in a threatening manner," New Hampshire State Police Captain Christopher Vetter said in a statement.

The witness saw Emery's license plate number and relayed it to police, who stopped his vehicle on Route 101 in Hampton. Officers found a handgun in his vehicle, Vetter said.
