Review for Elizabeth Lyons:

Up-and-coming Country artist Elizabeth Lyons debut Elizabeth Lyons EP (all six songs co-written by Lyons) was released on Nov. 11, 2012. The EP charted at #42 on the National Country Album iTunes chart in less than 24 hours, remained in the top 200 for a week and continues to remain on the iTunes charts 400-700 range and iTunes' Albums Under $8 "Recent Best Sellers" and "All-Time Best Sellers." On Dec. 6, 2012, the EP debuted as  #10 on Billboard’s Heatseekers East North Central chart.

Lyons has been touring and drove over 9,500 miles last summer to 12 different states, visiting over 50 radio stations with her guitarist to promote the single and music video for "Everything Tonight," which Lyons co-wrote in 2012 with producer Matt Nolen and Grammy-nominated songwriter Ryan Tyndell. “Everything Tonight” hit #96 on the MusicRow chart last week. The video for the track, which was directed by Mason Dixon, who produced Jake Owen's "Barefoot Blue Jean Night" and "The One That Got Away," recently charted at #8 on iTunes Top Country Music Videos chart and #18 on iTunes Top Videos chart for all genres. Lyons has sold over 75,000 downloads of her music on iTunes to date.

Lyons has been overwhelmed by the response and support she has felt from her family, friends and fans.  "Not only was I speechless when the EP came out and how it blew up, but again I was blown away by the "Everything Tonight" music video charting #8 on Country and #18 on all-genre iTunes Music Video charts," Lyons said. "I've truly achieved my success because of my family and friends, including Denny Carr, Matt Nolen, all the new fans I met at CMA Fest Fan Fair X,  and those I met during the radio tour, and the live concerts, to name a few, Brickstreet with Cole Swindell and Thomas Rhett, Joe's Bar with Josh Gracin, and Milwaukee Summerfest in front of 7,000 people."

Elizabeth's infectious personality and dedication are a force to be reckoned with, but she insists it's those around her that fuel her inspiration.

"I try to live my life by never giving up, trying to bring happiness into people's lives whether it's by randomly hugging someone to make them laugh or by giving them advice when asked," Lyons said. "A lot of my friends and fans ask me about boys, relationships, and life, and I love learning about people's stories and taking them and being inspired by them."
