Lacrosse Bros of the world unite and meet your spokesman, that dude from all the Adam Sandler movies.

In an odd twist of fate, many LAX Bros are fed up with their bro image and have deiced to be proactive in steering the hype before it's too late.

Note: It's too late.

A tip of the hat to Vince Mancini of Film Drunk who spotted this PSA of sorts by Lacrosse Playground, featuring the talents of one Peter Dante.

The simplest way to understand the video is to just savor the title, "Don't Be a LAX Bro."

First off, this is a great message to any young athlete out there, not just the type who would pick up the grand sport of lacrosse.

Respect and accountability are crucial to the development of any youngster who wants to learn a sport and learn it well.

Still, it's hard not to chuckle when you consider the LAX movement went and nabbed the Bro-ist of the Bros in the form of Peter Dante.

You see him at the 1:55 mark, but can also see him in all the Bucky Larson commercials or countless cameos on Adam Sandler movies.

He gives a great message:

We are all a brotherhood, we are all a family. We do not like the term ‘lacrosse bro.’ Lacrosse bro is a kid who is not respectful. A kid who’s mouthy, a kid who doesn’t listen, a kid who is an individual. You’re a part of that fraternal order because you’re a team.

Though, it's damn near impossible not to laugh anytime he speaks.
