Taylor’s People’s Park co-owner Dan Taylor said he made a very strong effort to make sure all people of different ethnicities and backgrounds were represented in his sculpture, “People's Park, a Park filled with People,” that hangs above the bar.

Bourbon bread pudding is made with french bread and golden California raisins and topped with a scoop of Oscar's vanilla frozen custard and bourbon vanilla butter cream sauce for $7.95.

General manager Garrett Fox said working at Taylor's People's Park has allowed him to have a purpose in the community he grew up in, connect with people he’s known his whole life and meet new customers every day.

The chipotle grilled chicken with avocado has fresh grilled chicken breast, romaine, melted pepper jack cheese, strips of applewood smoked bacon, mashed avocado and chipotle mayo for $11.95.

Even though space is limited, Taylor’s People’s Park co-owner Dan Taylor continues to squeeze small objects onto his sculpture.

Natasha Wethal, server, bartender and trainer, said providing service with a smiling face and friendly attitude will keep customers coming back.

Taylor's People's Park started out with two rooms. It grew to a second level and rooftop.
