Why Has Tamra Barney Had Five Boob Jobs?

Tamra Barney has made her plastic surgeries no secret. However, what fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County may not know is that she’s actually had a whopping five breast surgeries. On May 20, Tamra Barney spoke to PEOPLE Magazine about her multiple surgeries.

“It is what it is. It’s a personal choice and for me. I don’t do it for the public or my husband. It’s something you do to make yourself feel better.”

Tamra Barney first went under the knife after having her first child. At the time, Tamra Barney claims, she “just wanted a little perk.”

“Then I got them done after my third kid. I thought that instead of getting a lift, I’d fill in the extra skin. That was a big mistake because then they were too big.”

During a previous season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, fans watched as Tamra Barney made the decision to have her implants removed. A while later, however, when Bravo cameras were not around, Tamra Barney decided to put them back in.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Tamra Barney nearly didn’t return to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 10 after a dramatic Season 9, which saw her at odds with a number of her co-stars.

“The kids and I were put through the ringer personally and publicly last year. It’s taken time to heal from all the pain,” Tamra Barney said during an interview with Real Mr. Housewife.

“I was privately going through some major personal stuff. Being accused of so many horrible things? Personally I was a mess. I look back now and I don’t even know how I made it through season 9. The show was really the last thing on my mind. I think this season will shed some light on what happened last season.”

And when it came to returning for Season 10, Tamra Barney explained, “I wasn’t so sure I wanted too, but time heals everything.”

Now that she’s back, Tamra Barney is hoping fans will see a “softer side” of her, noting that she recently became a grandmother, and took a “spiritual journey” that she’s exited to share.

“We have a new housewife Meghan Edmonds, and she is probably one of the coolest girls I’ve ever met. Also, we have a death to a birth and everything in between. The season is very raw with real life issues.”
