“Ray Donovan” actor Marion (Pooch) Hall has been arrested after he allegedly let his 2-year-old son take the wheel of his car because he was too drunk to drive.

Hall, 44, was busted in Burbank, Calif., Wednesday night after his Chrysler sedan slammed into a parked car, Burbank Police Department Sgt. Derek Green said.

Witnesses told police they’d seen the car weaving in and out of traffic and that the driver not only had a toddler in his lap, but that the toddler had been gripping the steering wheel.

Hall was detained at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence after he failed a series of field sobriety tests, Green said.

TMZ reports the actor had a blood-alcohol content of .25, which is more than three times the legal limit.

The Sherman Oaks, Calif., resident was booked for child endangerment and DUI, and charges are pending review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

He is currently being held in the Burbank City Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.

Hall’s son, Djulian, was released into his wife Linda’s custody.

The actor is best known for playing Daryll Donovan on Showtime’s “Ray Donovan.” He’s also appeared in “A Dog’s Purpose,” “Suits” and nearly 100 episodes of “The Game.”

A lawyer for Hall did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
