The American Express Centurion Lounge Las Vegas is located in Concourse D across from Gate D1. You can access the lounge if you’re departing from either Terminal 1 or 3, thanks for the tram system at McCarran International Airport. The lounge is open daily from 5am-11pm and can be used as both a departure or an arrival lounge. We’ve reviewed the lounge a few years ago, though there have been some updates since we were there last.

In my recent visit, IÂ decided to use it as an arrival lounge after flying in from the East Coast, and was welcomed after presenting my boarding pass, Platinum card, and photo ID.

The lounge has a member services area and can assist with any travel needs as well as other cardholder services you may need.
Plenty of seating throughout
The lounge has a fully stocked bar with a cocktail menu
Several hot items were being offered for dinner
Including a flatbread pizza
There was also a decent salad bar selection
Plenty of seating to eat in the lounge, though in the morning I’ve heard it can get crowded.

Additionally, there was a shower suite at this location, if you’re looking to freshen up either before or after your flight.

Hey thanks for this. I’ve been there several times, but didn’t realize you can use it as an arrivals lounge. Is this true of any other Centurian lounge?
I’ve been to this lounge twice. First time I loved it. The food choices were very good and a nice selection (sandwiches on cibatta, and a hot food choice, along with salads, rolls, dessert, etc). Second time, awful. Bad food selection and what they did have was bland, stale and low quality. That was after I watched it be replenished by a very rude server. Oh yea, they ran out of silverware and plates too. Both visits the lounge was very crowded. I’m rethinking whether I need to keep the Amex Plat now. Why pay a huge fee for mediocrity?
i have had good experiences at LAS lounge!! SFO has been going downhill lately..Three weeks ago (sat nite) they had the saddest looking chicken thighs in a bowl(no presentation) very greasy and fatty!! I asked why thighs was told the chef likes them…. no appealing
