VIDEO: Crazed flasher attacks teen girl, woman minutes apart in Brooklyn

An unhinged creep attacked two strangers, throwing a teenage girl to the ground and exposing himself to a woman waiting for a bus before punching her in Brooklyn, cops said Saturday.

The first victim, 17, told police she was walking on 18th Ave. toward 77th St. in Bensonhurst when the man, who was walking towards her, inexplicably wrapped his arms around her and threw her to the ground about 7:10 a.m. Friday. The teen wasn’t harmed, cops said.

About five minutes later, the kook pulled down his pants and exposing himself to a 31-year-old woman waiting at a bus stop two blocks away on 18th Ave. and 79th St.

When the victim walked away he pulled his pants back up, followed her and punched her in the face, cops said. She suffered a busted lip but refused medical attention.

The suspect is described as black, between 30 and 40, about 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded waist-length jacket, black jeans, black sneakers and a black skull cap. He was carrying a plastic bag.
