Maintaining New Year’s resolutions is difficult, and even more so if you’re traveling. At several of its most popular hotels and resorts, Hilton offers unique wellness-focused activities, amenities and dining, so you can hold onto your resolutions a little longer.
The hotel company conducted a survey of more than 1,000 adults, in which 31 percent of travelers said health and wellness options are the most sought-after offerings in a hotel stay.
To accommodate traveler needs, Hilton offers several options:
This winter at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa in British Columbia, guests can take a private ski or snowboard lesson from an Olympian at the Whistler Blackcomb Snow School.
Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport partnered with Mobi PT, an app that lets visitors request personal training on demand at the hotel’s gym. Visitors can choose the time, type of trainer and workout they’d like to have when they arrive.
For those seeking an outdoor adventure, Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock provides proximity to more than 200 miles of hiking and biking trails through the Red Rock Mountains. The hotel also has its own hiking shop, complete with gear, apparel, maps and trail advice; and its own arena for cross-training fans, the Outdoor Warrior Pit, equipped with tires, ropes, hammers and more.
Or you can learn the historic art of Tai Chi at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay in China, where certified master instructors guide guests through a practice encouraging strength, balance and breathing techniques.
