'90 Day Fiancé' Star Nicole Nafziger Instagrams Weight Loss Inspiration Picture in New Update

90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger took to Instagram to reveal one of her inspirations to start her weight loss journey: her father. In the beginning, rumors swirled that Nafziger decided to lose weight because of her fiancé, Azan Tefou, but the TLC reality star has always maintained that she started her journey to fitness for herself. On Monday, Nafziger disclosed that her father also played a factor in her decision.

"My original motivation to start my weight loss journey! My dad," she wrote. "Watching him stay focused on his goal and dedicated to his reason why was so motivating for me. Every night he went for his walk and every day he did what he said he was gunna do. Watching his example helped me really start this journey I wanted for myself. Thank you dad for being there for me. I'm glad you enjoy my cooking."

Though 90 Day Fiancé viewers might be more familiar with Nafziger's mother, who is regularly featured on the series, Nafziger's father has also made an appearance on the show but now he looks different. "If you saw him on the show you might notice how much he's lost!" the TLC star wrote to her followers. "He looks so great! Even went shopping for some new clothes because his regular clothes were so baggy! Thank you for the motivation dad."

The day before, Nafziger celebrated reaching 200,000 followers on Instagram. She bought balloons to commemorate the moment. "I wouldn't have this platform if it wasn't for the 200,000 of you who follow my journey," Nafziger said. "I wish I could feature all y'alls names on here but I wanted to write some of the names and supporters that follow me. Thank you for all the kind comments and all the motivation in my health journey."

On Thursday, Nafziger revealed she lost 14 pounds in 18 days, going from 292 pounds to 278 pounds.

"Being overweight one of my fears was to one day go over 300 lbs. I never wanted to hit that number. My highest weight went up to 296. That was it, I had enough. I was ready for a change," she wrote. "So I started this weight loss journey I'm on now and it's been the best decision I've made for my health."

Season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé is currently airing Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.
