We've all come up with our own ways of passing the time in quarantine, from baking banana bread to getting really into podcasts. Ryan Phillippe, it turns out, has been working out. A lot.

In a shirtless photo posted to his Instagram, the 45-year-old actor says he's "OVER IT," presumably referring to that lockdown tedium that everybody has been feeling it... but thirsty fans are not over his quarantine physique, commenting on his visibly toned pecs and abs.

Phillippe has consistently bagged acting roles that required him to be in great shape, whether he was taking his clothes off as the lothario Sebastian in 1999's Cruel Intentions, or playing shredded Marine sniper Bob Lee Swagger in the TV series Shooter from 2016 to 2018. If anything, he's even fitter now than he was at the start of his career; a fact he credits to working out with (and being consistently challenged by) the same personal trainer, Happy Hill, for more than 20 years.

"If we work on taking care of ourselves in our 20s, 30s and 40s, and you're consistent about that, it just makes the aging process a lot less brutal," Phillippe told People in 2018. "It's the absolute truth. I don't care your body type, or male or female. If you are moving and exercising and taking care of yourself, aging just won't be as dramatic and it won't be as unpleasant. We're all going to have to go through it."
