You religiously monitored the Pumpkin Spice Latte tracker, watched Starbucks' entire weekend-long livestream to prepare for the return of the iconic fall drink and finally, on Tuesday, showed up at your local Starbs bright and early to get your first PSL of the season — before realizing that it's still technically summer and you are not ready to make the switch from iced coffee to hot drinks. Don't worry: There's a very sweet solution to your current dilemma.

As Delish reports, the Starbucks Secret Menu has a recipe for a Pumpkin Cheesecake Frappuccino (OMG) that will surely satisfy every pumpkin spice fan who's looking to cool off with an icy drink. All you have to do to get the super sweet and refreshing frap is ask your barista to start with a creme-based Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, then add vanilla bean powder (two scoops for a grande) and cinnamon dolce and white mocha syrups (two pumps of each for a grande). According to the Starbucks Secret Menu site, the Frap literally tastes like "dessert in a cup."

For a version of the Pumpkin Cheesecake Frap that isn't as aggressively sweet, Delish recommends starting with a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, then adding just a few pumps of pumpkin spice sauce.

This isn't the only PSL adjacent drink on the Starbucks secret menu. The Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte is a popular choice for those who don't want to get burned out on PSLs too quickly and are trying to mix up their autumnal drink orders. All you have to do to get this deliciously spicy treat is order a chai tea latte and add a few pumps of pumpkin spice sauce (baristas recommend four pumps for a grande, but you can customize based on whether you want it more or less sweet). Pro tip: Ask for whipped cream and that tasty pumpkin topping to get the full PSL effect!
