Billie Faiers' husband Greg Shepherd brands her the 'wicked witch of the Maldives'

Billie Faiers’ husband Greg Shepherd mocked his new wife as they continued to enjoy their honeymoon, calling her the “wicked witch of the Maldives”.

Faiers joked she looked more like a “witch” than an all-in-black bride as her husband filmed her walking along a pier.

Cheeky Shepherd then bestowed the title “wicked witch of the Maldives” upon her.

The reality TV couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony on the luxury island of Kuramathi last week.

The newlyweds have been together since 2011. They got engaged in 2014 and share four-year-old daughter Nelly and two-year-old son Arthur.

After the ceremony, reports claimed that the “rowdy” guests had been the source of some disruption at the luxury resort, with allegations of Shepherd “swearing” at fellow residents.

Faiers, who appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, later shut down the reports in an interview with OK! magazine, insisting the resort received no complaints.

“The hotel manager hasn’t had any complaints about our party,” she told the publication.

“I was half expecting some loudness as there are 95 of us out here celebrating [but] we have always been very respectful of the island and the other guests holidaying here.”

Their daughter Nelly was a flower girl while Arthur acted as page boy alongside Sam Faiers' son Paul during the ceremony. Sam, who is Billie's sister, was Maid of Honour.

Also on hand to celebrate was the Faiers' good friend Ferne McCann who flew out with her one-year-old daughter Sunday.

Billie's mother Susie Wells revealed her daughter's hair had fallen out in the lead up to the wedding as she was so stressed about organising the nuptials.

Speaking on Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries, she said: “She’s been having flare ups with her skin and her hair’s been falling out in the shower… she’s been crying an awful lot.”
