Shamrock: Actor Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) will start things off and 'NSync's Joey Fatone will lead as grand marshal when the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade rolls along tiny Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs. The parade, which includes the Irish Elvi, belly dancers, dancing dinosaurs, Cowboys Cheerleaders and the Budweiser Clydesdales, starts at 7:30 p.m. March 17 with pre-parade activities at 5:30 p.m. A concert by Grand Funk Railroad and Adam Faucett is set for 7:15 p.m. March 16 and Morris Day and The Time will perform the post-parade concert on March 17, both at the Broadway Entertainment District stage downtown.
