Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate a missing 16-year-old from Marion County.Madison Shelby Mattingly was last seen around 7 a.m. on July 5 at her home in the 4000 block of Mannsville Road in Bradfordsville, Kentucky. She is a 5-foot, 115-pound white female with brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.A description of Mattingly's clothing was unavailable.
