Road in Parma and Springport townships to close for next 2-3 weeks due to construction

JACKSON COUNTY, MI — Brown Road between Devereaux and Town roads in Parma and Springport townships is set to close starting 8 a.m. Thursday, July 31.

No detour route is posted at this time and drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.

Construction will take approximately two to three weeks for completion before the road is reopened for all traffic.

Only local traffic and emergency vehicles can use the road during this time.
