DRAKESVILLE, Iowa — Authorities have found 322 animals, both dead and alive, at a home in southeastern Iowa, according to PIX11.

The Ottumwa Courier reported that homeowner had rabbits, roosters, dogs, cats, pigeons, mice, sheep, pigs all packed into small spaces.

Officials said the Animal Rescue League has recovered 30 types of animals and is trying to find homes for them.

Authorities said dozens of animals were already dead by the time rescuers arrived.
