ST. LOUIS (KTVI) –Patrick Davis, 25, of north St. Louis was shot to death Monday, January 6th, during a robbery attempt. A 25-year-old man and another man were walking in the 4500 block of Blair, near the intersection of Blair and Grand, around 7 pm, when Davis and two other men attempted to rob the two friends at gunpoint.

A struggle ensued, and the 25-year old man pulled a gun, shooting Davis. Davis suffered wounds to his legs, chest, face and arm.

Two men with Davis drove him to the hospital, where he died.

Police questioned the two men at the hospital, and they were taken into custody.

Police says the two men were in the area to purchase narcotics, when the shooting occurred.
