JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Johnson County businessman faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from his Fayette County employer.

Franklin Fletcher, of Oil Springs, is a former accountant and gas sales manager for Nytis Exploration in Lexington.

On Thursday, he pleaded guilty to fraud.
